Your journey begins with a simple enquiry. Reach out via our contact form or phone, and we’ll schedule a free consultation to understand your goals, property, and timeline. This step helps us determine what’s possible and how we can bring your vision to life.

Design

Build

Completion

Our Conversion Process

Week 1

We begin with scaffolding and delivering materials, laying the foundation of your new floor structure.

Week 2

We build the dormer and internal partitions that form the layout of your new space.

Week 3

Electrical wiring, plumbing, insulation, and flooring are installed in preparation for interior work.

Week 4

We install staircases and plasterboard the walls and ceilings, giving your new room its form.

Week 5

We apply plaster throughout the space and complete the external roofing and tiling work.

Week 6

All fixtures and fittings are added — switches, sockets, doors, radiators, and carpentry details.

Week 7

We perform a full inspection, handle snagging, and professionally clean your space.

Week 8

We finish with painting, detailing, and walk you through your completed project. Ready to enjoy!
